Our Founder and CEO
Chanel Ferrante is an accomplished Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Based in Manhattan Beach, CA, Chanel earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from UCLA, specializing in Adult Gerontology and environmental health. She later expanded her medical knowledge through experience in Urgent Care and Concierge Medicine in Beverly Hills and Malibu, where she recognized the transformative potential of Concierge Medicine as the future of healthcare.
Originally from Hawaii, Chanel brings a unique perspective to her Concierge Medical practice. She found that infusing a passion for holistic health, wellness, and disease prevention into her patient care resonated deeply with patients. She seamlessly integrates both functional wellness and westernized medicine, ensuring comprehensive and personalized healthcare optimization for her patients.
Community Commitment
Dedicated to making a positive impact beyond her practice, Chanel has spent a significant part of her life in non-profit work, notably serving in a medical outreach program in Haiti called Mission of Hope. Additionally, Chanel has played a crucial role in establishing local medical outreach programs in Maui, Hawaii following the recent tragedies in Lahaina in August 2023. This commitment reflects her deep-seated belief in the transformative power of healthcare beyond borders, as well as right here in the South Bay.
